[HowTo] Change fan speed with msi laptop

I am using an MSI CX62 6QD model laptop, and the fan is constantly at 100%. There is no fan setting in the BIOS, and in Windows, I could control the fan speed using MSI's Silent Option program. However, on Linux, the fan values are not visible at all, and I am unable to adjust the fan using some fan control programs.
