HELP, bad environment variables messed up booting

Hai there.

I made a wrong Path in environment variables, and now I am in the sh#t.

RESULT:
Right after booting, I get a black screen with a mouse. Click any mouse buttons, and I get 2 options, "reconfigure" and "exit".
"Reconfigure" doesn't seem to do anything.
I hit "exit" and it feels like the program is being shut down and starting up again. I get a brief moment where I can do "ctrl" + "alt" + "F1" and I get to see for a brief second some command/Terminal code thingy, and then the black screen with the mouse is loaded again.

What I do:
The bad thing I did was "Sudo nano /etc/environment" and added a

Code:

PATH= "/path/to/dir/setup-env.sh"
from Vulkan_SDK. (I had no clue how to do it) that was clearly incredibly stupid of me.

For the love of everything that is holy, what can I do to fix this? Please help!
Thank you very much for your time and energy.
